Once you have registered for the conference you will receive a confirmation email from conference@architecture.com.au. Please note that the email confirmation will be sent to the email address entered when registering for the conference. This confirmation email contains a link to your PDF tax invoice. 

No, you will not receive a hardcopy conference ticket prior to the conference. 
However you will receive a registration confirmation email shortly after registering. Please show a copy of this confirmation email on arrival to the conference. 

Yes. If you are no longer able to attend the conference we may be able to transfer your registration to the name of a colleague or friend free of charge, however you will need to email conference@architecture.com.au and inform us in writing of the change at least 14 business days prior to the conference. Name changes cannot be guaranteed after this time

No refunds will be issued after 14 days out from the event, and the full registration fee will be forfeited. ‘No Shows’ to the event will be charged the full registration fee. All cancellations to a registration must be made in writing to the Australian Institute of Architects: conference@architecture.com.au. 

The following cancellation fees will apply;

31-60 days prior to event – 25% forfeit of registration fee.

15-30 days prior to event – 50% forfeit of registration fee.

14 days prior to event or less – 100% forfeit of registration fee.

An electronic copy of your confirmation email which you will receive shortly after registering, a notebook and a bottle of water for personal use. Identification of the ticket holders name may also be required at the registration desk. 

No, unfortunately we do not offer half-day tickets; you will need to purchase a single day ticket as outlined on the registration page. 

The conference content is currently under final review by the Education Program Team with confirmation of total Corporate Professional Development (CPD) points to be advised as soon as possible.  

Please note that the email confirmation will be sent to the email address entered when registering for the conference. The confirmation email will be sent within 15 minutes of confirming your registration online. 
 
As it is becoming increasingly difficult to send emails that do not end up in people’s JUNK/SPAM folders; if you do not receive the confirmation email please check your junk mail folder for an email from: conference@architecture.com.au or add this address to your Safe Senders list. Please contact conference@architecture.com.au if you still do not receive the confirmation.

Once online registrations have closed, we will not be accepting emailed registration forms either, therefore please contact the Institute’s National Events Team on the details above to register. 

The conference registration desk will be open in the foyer of Llwellyn Hall, Australian National University:

Monday 8.00am – 4.00pm

Tuesday 8.00am – 4.00pm

This information will also be emailed to all conference delegates one week prior to the conference, alongside other important information for conference attendees. 

This year the Australian Architecture Conference has partnered with Accomodation Link to offer preferential rates for all accommodation bookings in Canberra. A custom made booking dashboard has been created for conference delegates and is available by clicking here.

At the time of registration, select the ADDITIONAL ticket option for the following fringe events:

Conference Closing Drinks $40

Once selected, the additional ticket will be added to your final invoice for payment.

Yes. Final details about architecture tours will be available soon to book. All tours will be held on Sunday 29 October in the afternoon.
