The Queensland Chapter had their seventh 2024 Regional Awards event on Friday, 14 June 2024.
The Darling Downs and West Moreton Regional Architecture Awards were held at Goods Shed in Toowoomba on Friday, 14 June. Entries included submissions into 11 different categories, a variety of entries throughout the Darling Downs and West Moreton region. A variety of projects were named award winners and commendations were given across the categories.

Commended projects in Darling Downs and West Moreton this year are:
- Ipswich Hospital Mental Health Acute Inpatient Services by Hassell
- East Toowoomba Renovations by Kin Architects
- Good Samaritan College, Polding Placet by Speculative Architecture and Brammer Architects, architects in association
- Eromanga Natural History Museum by Architectus
- Shed for Propagation by Marc & Co
- Cunnamulla Hot Springs, by COX Architecture
- Coulson Creek Shed, by Reddog Architects
