We foster, value, respect and celebrate the contributions of all, sharing diverse experiences, views and needs so that everyone can benefit from good architecture. Diversity refers to what makes people unique. We recognise that achieving true diversity and belonging is an evolving journey, requiring continuous reflection and action. As we move forward, we remain committed to refining our strategies, learning from our members, and adapting to the changing needs of the profession and society.
