Registration and Lanyard Collection

Please arrive at Llewellyn Hall on Monday morning to register for the conference, collect your satchel and lanyard, and sign for your catering EFTPOS card. Institute ‘crew’ will be easily identifiable in Institute green shirts and will be available for wayfinding and assistance throughout the conference.

Welcome Function and Gala Dinner

A reminder that all two-day conference tickets include a place at the Moddex Welcome Function (Sunday 29 October, National Museum of Australia), and the Bondor Metecno Black and White Gala Dinner (Monday 30 October, Arboretum). If you hold a two-day conference ticket and will not be attending either function could you please advise via return email to ensure we cater accordingly.

Alteria Headshot Hub

Is your LinkedIn profile picture looking a little tired? Thanks to the Australian Architecture Conference Headshot Hub Partner Alteria, you can receive a complimentary professional head shot with photographer Tom Roe. Simply visit the Alteria Headshot Hub in the Kambri centre and scan your QR code during the conference – then smile for the camera.

Conference Catering

This year we are excited to introduce an alternative to the standard conference sandwich and muffin. When you collect your conference lanyard you’ll receive a pre-paid EFTPOS catering card to be used at any ANU food retailer that accepts EFTPOS. This format allows you the freedom of choice and caters for all dietary restrictions and preferences. Best of all, the gift cards are made of recycled paper!

Coffee on Alspec

Thanks to our Principal Conference Partner, Alspec, complimentary barista coffee is available throughout the day at Llewellyn Hall coffee carts. Look out for the Coffee on Us sign with the alspec logo and show your lanyard for a hot cup of coffee, your way!

Dietaries Requirements

Please ensure you have advised any dietary requirements as we will not be able to accommodate requests on the night of the gala dinner. If you did not notify your dietary requirement during registration please email conference@architecture.com.au
