Services unavailable during the interruption

*Members who are already registered and have accessed the HR Hub platform, will still be able to access it directly; practice members can access the HR Hub Helpdesk via email or telephone.

During this time, you will be unable to:

  • Login to the member portal
  • Update your contact details
  • Update your communication and publication preferences
  • Renew your Institute membership
  • Become a member of the Institute 
  • Pay any outstanding invoices online via the portal
  • Access past receipts
  • Access the digital Member Badge
  • Register for CPD, PALS, and events
  • Print certificates of attendance to events or CPD
  • Purchase contracts via the online store
  • Access the terms of the Member Rewards Program
  • Access the digital AA Magazine archive (access via Zinio account remains unaffected)
  • Access the Community platform
  • Register for HR Hub Online 
  • Access the Australian Standards platform
  • Access the Acumen Practice Notes
  • Access the Online CPD portal, where you complete the courses you have purchased
  • Access the CPD logbook
  • Access the Mentorloop, the platform of the National Mentoring Program 
  • Access/edit your Find an Architect profile and access the Find an Architect public website

Member Level 1 (non practising) Associate Graduated from a recognised course of architecture more than 5 years ago
or,
Employed but non-practising / formerly registered architects
or,
Academic, graduated from a recognised course of architecture more than 5 years ago
Non-practicing architects who are working in non-traditional roles can now access a lower membership fee through transfer to the Associate category.

Former Graduate Tier A and B members will now have voting rights at the AGM and hold a membership that better reflects their experience and professional standing. As a voting member, Associates can also count their years of membership toward future eligibility for Fellowship.

The Associate category will transfer across both individual and A+ membership models.

Affiliate Level 2 Affiliate Expanded eligibility to include completion of a diploma level (AQF level 5) qualification or higher in a built-environment related discipline.

(Please note: This change to eligibility is currently under review by National Council and the Board and until a decision is made, the current eligibility of bachelor degree qualification or higher in a built environment related discipline remains in place)

All Affiliate members will now receive included access to the Acumen Practice Notes Affiliate RAIA
Student
(not available under A+)
Student Students enrolled at an Australian university in a built-environment related bachelor degree or higher. Students working in A+ practices will now receive access to the same benefits as their colleagues. No post nominals apply
