Learning content is being reshaped and resurfaced around where you actually are — not a one-size offering. The standard is rising. The pathway is clearer.

A system for your voice
There is now a dedicated space for you to tell us what matters. Every quarter, we report back — what we heard, what we committed to, what we delivered. The annual survey in November is one moment in a continuous loop.

A simpler, smarter way to access the Institute
The website is being rebuilt around your needs. Content shaped to where you are in your career. A redesigned navigation bar makes it easier to find what you need, faster. We’ve also added a questionnaire so you can tell us what’s working — in real time, not after the fact. And an app is in exploration — more on that as it takes shape.

Recognition In progress
Excellence looks like more than one thing
Expanding what we celebrate- housing that scales, buildings designed for reuse, low-carbon approaches, work shaped with Country and culture. The people doing this work deserve to be seen.
And this is just the start. In Phase 2 we will re-work all the communications you receive from us, your experience, and what it actually feels like to be a member of this Institute, wherever you are in your career.
