Homes Tasmania is seeking to identify opportunities that will help them increase housing supply and deliver more homes for Tasmanians.
They have released a Request for Information (RFI) inviting developers, landowners and industry partners to provide information on residential land holdings, subdivision projects and development opportunities that can contribute to the delivery of new housing across Tasmania.
Homes Tasmania recognise the critical role the development sector plays in addressing housing supply challenges and creating opportunities for more Tasmanians to achieve home ownership.
The RFI is designed to identify projects and sites that can support housing delivery in the near to medium term, while also helping to better understand market opportunities and industry capacity.
Participation will help Homes Tasmania explore opportunities for future partnerships, delivery models and investment approaches that support increased housing availability and affordability across the state.
This is an opportunity to work with Homes Tasmania to help deliver meaningful housing outcomes for Tasmanians and be part of the collective effort to address the state’s housing challenges.
Homes Tasmania encourages you to participate in this RFI and submit information on suitable opportunities within your portfolio.
This RFI will remain open, with no fixed end date. Submissions will be accepted on an ongoing basis at the discretion of Homes Tasmania.
