EOI – 2024 AUSTRALIAN Urban Design Awards Steering Committee

The Australian Institute of Architects, together with the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects and the Planning Institute of Australia, is seeking volunteers for the 2024 Australian Urban Design Awards Steering Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to work with the convening Institutes to shape the Awards program.

The Australian Urban Design Awards showcase the country’s top contemporary urban design projects. The award underpins the importance of good urban design in shaping the nation and the collaborative relationships that bring built environments to life.

The Award was created in 1996 by Prime Minister Paul Keating’s Urban Design Taskforce and it’s driven people, teams, and organisations to strive for best practice in the field today. The Award attracts entries for initiatives, built projects and publications with one goal in mind – to make a positive impact on our cities and towns.

This Award is delivered by the Australian Institute of Architects, the Planning Institute of Australia, and the Australian Institute of Landscape Architects.
