The Walton is a collection of 27 spacious 2-and 3-bedroom residences located at the corner of two desirable streets in Kew. Nestled among heritage-listed homes, the development occupies a 2,570m² block with 64 meters of north-facing street frontage, ensuring abundant natural light. The design blends a two-storey base with a recessed upper level, creating harmony with the streetscape. Inside, a dramatic three-storey atrium invites interaction, while expansive private terraces extend living spaces outdoors, connecting residents with nature. Thoughtful landscaping, led by John Patrick, preserves local flora and introduces native plants inspired by Yarra Boulevard’s rock faces. With views towards the Dandenong Ranges, each residence is crafted for modern living, balancing privacy and openness. The Walton reimagines Kew’s streetscape, resulting in a project that feels like a natural addition to the neighbourhood – designed not to stand out, but to blend seamlessly into its surroundings.
The design enhances how the residents live by creating functional, intuitive spaces that adapt to their needs. Every detail is carefully considered to improve daily routines, with layouts that promote flow and comfort. Custom storage solutions keep spaces organised, while calm and stylish finishes create a modern and welcoming atmosphere. The design focuses on convenience, making it easy for our residents to entertain, relax, and enjoy their home. By balancing practicality with beauty, the design truly supports a seamless and enjoyable living experience.
