Media summary

The Mowbray by Mosaic redefines sustainable inner-city living through bold architectural expression and thoughtful design. Positioned to capture sweeping 270-degree views, the building balances shelter and openness, drawing inspiration from Brisbane’s heritage and natural landmarks. Its signature opposing V-columns and sculptural colonnade evoke the branching forms of Moreton Bay fig trees, creating a striking visual identity while providing shaded outdoor zones and landscaped forecourts that enhance the public realm.

Inside, apartments are oriented for light, ventilation, and privacy, with recessed balconies and integrated planting reinforcing a connection to nature. Passive design strategies, high-performance glazing, and deep overhangs complement advanced sustainability measures, including carbon-neutral concrete, recycled materials, and a rooftop solar array. Certified by UDIA EnviroDevelopment, The project  exemplifies design excellence—combining architectural innovation, environmental responsibility, and a commitment to creating spaces that offer both refuge and engagement with their urban context.
