The Stage 1 redevelopment at St Paul’s College signified a powerful statement about the College’s vision forward. Without this redevelopment the College would not have been able to successfully embrace its co-educational community. The indoor and outdoor spaces benefit teaching and learning, but also provide shelter and amenity for the wider community.
The project had an emphasis on connection between internal and external teaching spaces, and the ability for external areas to perform multiple functions as inspiring teaching areas, student social space and community gathering areas. The project celebrates the rich cultural diversity through interaction with a vibrant destination.
The Educational Facility’s physical environment communicates the College’s identity to an extended community of students, staff, families and the general public, and is a powerful expression of its vision and mission.
We believe the close dialogue and interpretation of visons and ideas has created an exemplary result for the community.
The design is the first ‘flagship’ Building for the College following an intensive Master Plan. It signifies a powerful statement about the College’s vision forward. It transitioned the old masculine, tired looking campus to a new contemporary, connected facility. Without this redevelopment the College would not have been able to successfully embrace its co-educational community
