SANA is a boutique coastal development in Miami that celebrates the relaxed Gold Coast lifestyle ata fine-grain scale. Inspired by the fluid, wind-carved forms of the local dunes, the building features a kinetic facade of timber battens that refract light and provide organic privacy. By eschewing the traditional lobby for a sub-tropical "green undercroft," SANA creates a porous connection between the sand and the home. Every square metre has been meticulously optimised to eliminate waste, resulting in a six-storey form that respects the scale of Miami’s surfing heritage while delivering refined, modern luxury.
