Inspired by Cremorne’s legacy of industry and innovation, Rosella is a beacon of contemporary architecture and an exemplary model for the modern workplace. This headquarters enriches the urban landscape, forging a strong connection to place while offering a premium workspace that prioritises wellbeing, sociability, and sustainability.
Rosella’s heritage factory anchors the workplace above, its presence grounding a dynamic evolution. Between the brick parapet and tower, private spaces unfold, offering intimate retreats. The tower’s sculpted form responds to its intricate site, while its exoskeleton echoes Balmain’s industrial past. At street level, the entry enhances the pedestrian experience of Balmain Plaza. A meticulously engineered façade balances orientation, performance, and experience, while high-tech systems futureproof the workplace, establishing it as one of Australia’s most advanced.
Designed to honour the past, embrace the future, and connect with the community, Rosella is a contribution to Melbourne’s built environment, crafted to stand the test of time.
