Marella is a 30-storey luxury residential tower that occupies a prominent corner site on Surf Parade in Broadbeach. Developed by Mosaic Property Group in partnership with Plus Studio, the building features 100 residences designed to capture the natural light and coastal atmosphere of the Gold Coast. The facade uses a warm, sand-toned palette accented with golden bronze hues, echoing the afternoon sun hitting the shoreline.
The design achieves a sculptural, flowing form through the precise use of straight elements rather than curved panels, balancing visual ambition with construction practicality. Residents have access to extensive wellness and social amenities, including a magnesium pool, sauna, and a level 11 residents' lounge with a private wine cellar. With 42 rooftop solar panels and a climate-responsive facade, Marella integrates sustainable principles into its refined coastal identity.
“This is a building that delivers more than just a place to live. It offers residents an elevated experience in every sense – from world-class amenities and architectural integrity, to a location that puts the very best of Broadbeach right at their doorstep.”
