Intuit Workplace Sydney | COX Architecture

Intuit’s new Sydney workplace is a vibrant, light‑filled environment that responds directly to hybrid work by giving people something they can’t get at home: a sense of belonging and the spark that comes from being part of something larger. 

The design, by COX Architecture, uses colour as a primary architectural tool, creating rhythm, supporting connection and shaping identity, with a sculptural blue oak stair at the centre that refracts daylight and anchors movement. 

The workplace is conceived as a village, bringing together focus zones, collaborative bump spaces, wellness rooms and operable walls that open or divide larger areas depending on purpose. 

A circular plan ensures daylight and outlook for all, supported by greenery and native species introduced with Yerrabingin. Hospitality‑inspired lighting, crafted joinery and an APAC‑focused art strategy by Art Pharmacy reflect Sydney’s character and Intuit’s regional presence, resulting in a workplace that is functional, warm and distinctly human.
