The new HopgoodGanim workplace reimagines the inner-city office as a destination that fosters connection and collaboration. Designed by BVN, the three-level workplace at 360 Queen Street draws on a distinctly Queensland identity and creates spaces that amplify the qualities we love about being outside.
At its centre is the Town Square, featuring a dramatic three-storey circular void and an interconnecting stair that anchors collaboration, connection, and client engagement. Surrounding it, timber-filigree Garden Rooms and a double-height Garden Café immerse occupants in a subtropical landscape, natural ventilation, and dappled light.
Spanning 4,778m², the workplace provides a flexible, open environment with diverse settings for focus, teamwork, and social interaction. The result is a place-responsive, crafted workplace that strengthens culture, supports new ways of working, and celebrates both people and place.
Our new office is not only modern and refreshing, but it has fundamentally changed how we work and connect. The internal stairwell functions as the heart and town centre, experienced daily through informal catch‑ups and shared moments. Since the move, our people have given direct feedback highlighting an immediate uplift in connection and team culture. Diverse spaces offer varied settings to work, with an open‑plan design that balances collaboration with quiet, supporting focused work. Together, the design brings us closer in new ways, creating a workplace people genuinely want to spend time in.
