Media summary

Guoco Midtown, a landmark urban block redevelopment on Beach Road, Singapore, sets a new standard in urban open space design, giving 25% of the ground plane back to the city as Privately Owned Public Spaces (POPS).

Eight gardens and plazas provide 19,000m² of open space including the large, covered Midtown Square and Midtown Market which can be transformed into an open event space for over 2,000 people.

In addition to this, an impressive 94% of the site area is dedicated Landscape Replacement Area (LRA), accessible to the public and all building occupants.

The 88,300m² mixed-use precinct integrates premium office spaces, residential units, F&B, and retail, ensuring urban vibrancy and day-to-night activation. A continuous network of weather protected pathways provide enhanced pedestrian accessibility and amenity combining to create a distinctive experience and unique sense of place. Guoco Midtown is certified Green Mark Platinum.
