The new $54 million Comprehensive Cancer & Health Centre in Campbelltown is a state-of-the-art facility designed to advance cancer treatment, research, and patient care. Designed by Team2 Architects as the Architects and interior designers, the project is a collaboration between GenesisCare, Campbelltown City Council, Erilyan, and NorthWest Healthcare Properties. The four-story, 3,927 GFA centre provides both public and private patients with access to cutting-edge treatments, including radiotherapy, chemotherapy, haematology, and clinical trials, with future expansion into Theranostics and nuclear medicine.

With a strong focus on sustainability, the centre has achieved a 6-Star Green Star rating, featuring low-carbon concrete, renewable energy, and a high-performance façade designed for energy efficiency. A rooftop wellness centre, landscaped public spaces, and a pedestrian-friendly design promote patient well-being. Supporting over 1,500 workers, the facility sets a new benchmark in sustainable healthcare design, delivering world-class cancer care for the Campbelltown community and beyond.
