By seamlessly merging two existing residences, the project delivers a generous four‑bedroom home defined by light, air, and panoramic ocean views. The design responds sensitively to the subtropical climate through deep balconies, filtered views through vegetation, cross‑ventilation, and a durable natural material palette of plaster, timber, terracotta, and stone. Removed low ceilings reveal the building’s raking roof, enhancing spatial volume and connection to place.
