A six-storey sculptural apartment building sits as a counterpoint to two newly refurbished heritage shops in High Street, Armadale. 10 apartments are accessed through a discrete landscaped arbor entrance between the shops, reminiscent of a European street. Car parking and basement access is via a side gate and car lift. The building responds both to existing heritage on the site, the Deco neighbour and the wider heritage precinct. A jeweller and clothing boutique now enjoy this revitalized stretch of High Street, an outdoor space is now used as a pause point for passers-by and for evening events by the shops.
These beautifully crafted apartments and shops provide a welcome addition to Armadale. With city views on the upper floors and gardens and terraces on the lower floors, all apartments have something to offer. Our residents and tenants are thrilled with the building.
