Media summary

The re-imagining of the Brookfield Place Tower 2 Lobby remains faithful to base building minimalist design principles, while creating a warm, welcoming environment with human scaled spaces for working and dwelling. The outcome addresses the unique and precise planning of the tower lobby, with floating and monolithic forms and a restrained material palette that celebrates and complements the base building architecture. Our design ethos revolved around a 'Premium, Elegant Bespoke' approach, striking a balance between comfort and style.

The project has significantly elevated the podium experience of the building into one that feels warm, considered and distinctly premium. Responding to modern day needs, the lobby supports how our tenants work, meet and spend time in the building, while remaining true to the tower’s modernist character. The outcome has been well received and reinforces the quality and longevity that Brookfield Properties seeks to deliver across its assets.
