Client Statement

The new WaSS depot enhances operational efficiency and staff wellbeing by centralising water and sewer services in a purpose-built facility. It provides improved accommodation, streamlined storage, and upgraded infrastructure that supports compliance, safety, and growth. The depot enables better coordination across teams, reduces travel time, and improves response capability for network operations. Staff led improvements, such as expanded office space and optimised layout, reflect a proactive approach to workplace functionality. This investment strengthens service delivery and future proofs the region’s water and sewer infrastructure, aligning with strategic goals and community expectations.
