Ame on Riviera is a six-unit residential development on an irregular infill site in the Miami suburb of the Gold Coast, sited between the urban highway and the beachfront. The design outcome provides a strong urban sensibility that prioritises pedestrian connection between the building form and the street, minimising the impact of the car and foregrounding streetside terraces, entries, and generous vegetation. All apartments enjoy north light, cross ventilated spaces, and views to the ocean and hinterland from rooftop terraces. A communal pool provides social connection in this beachside composition of detailed brick and white veiled surfaces.
