Overview

You’ve been asked to do a feasibility study by your directors – where do you start?

Join our panel to take a deep-dive into the feasibility process including; the key project drivers, the briefing process, identifying opportunities and constraints, understanding the local context and the consultants and stakeholders involved.

At this session, we'll explore the importance of regulation and its role in defining quality, amenity and environmental standards. We'll consider how new market models, such asbuild-to-rent,are changing the development landscape and endeavour to answer the question – how do we achieve design excellence?

This discussion aims to provide graduates and emerging architects with a broad-brush understanding of the feasibility process —with a focus on best practice.

This event is kindly sponsored by Kosloff Architects.
