2. Special Resolution: Constitution
To consider and vote on a special resolution under Clause 4.11 to amend the Institute’s current Constitution as follows:
That, under section 136(2) of the Corporations Act 2001, the 2020 Constitution of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects is replaced by the proposed ‘Revised’ Constitution attached as Attachment B to this Notice of Meeting.Â
