The W-B team has positioned Deloitte Adelaide Workplace for the future. Embodying the universal values of Deloitte whilst celebrating the nuances of the local context, the latest workplace in the Deloitte portfolio boasts the highest standards in wellness, inclusivity, sustainability and technological innovation. On the banks of the Karrawirra Wirra Parri, the workplace captures the organic forms, unadulterated materials, and wine-stained pigments that reference local landscape and industry.
The Adelaide workplace actively support’s Deloitte’s graduate program, with an emphasis on nurturing and retaining emerging talent. The design embodies a contemporary sensibility and youthful eclecticism, combined with high functionality and spatial pragmatism to support staff at all stages of their career. A significant focus was made on amplifying the voice of local makers, handcrafted objects and showcasing an extensive art program of local, Indigenous, female artists. The result is an enduring workplace that supports and enhances Deloitte’s people first culture.
