Donna Ward, General Manager of the Built Environment Channel, will show how feelings of struggle and stress don’t have to undermine our wellbeing or performance – in fact, they can enhance it, provided we know how to respond to these signs as opportunities for learning and growth. Using the PERMA Model, a wellbeing theory developed by positive psychologist Martin Seligman, you will learn the five essential elements to wellbeing.
