The Queensland Chapter had their first 2025 Regional Awards event on Friday, 11 April 2025.
The Greater Brisbane Regional Architecture Awards were held at Lightspace in Fortitude Valley on Friday, 11 April. Entries included submissions into 11 different categories, a variety of entries throughout the Greater Brisbane region. A variety of projects were named award winners and commendations were given across the categories.

All commended projects in the series of regional awards progress to Queensland State Awards consideration. The shortlist is judged by the Queensland State Awards Jury, who will be visiting projects in the Greater Brisbane region from 5 May through to the 16 May.
