Perched atop the dramatic headland at 40 Dovers Drive in Port Kembla, DWA have crafted an iconic concrete residence that blends sculptural form with environmental sensitivity. Designed as a dream family home and a tribute to the client’s passion for concrete, the house harnesses panoramic ocean views while embracing passive design principles. Bold yet restrained, the architecture responds to its rugged coastal context with elevated platforms, glazed volumes, and monolithic concrete elements that serve as both structure and art. A collaboration of skilled consultants and builders brought the ambitious vision to life—delivering a sanctuary that is as enduring as it is expressive.
