The South Australian Chapter of the Australian Institute of Architects is proud to announce the appointment of Gary Bonato LFRAIA as a Life Fellow, and Ryan Horsnell FRAIA as a Fellow of the Institute.
Gary Bonato, Managing Director of Tectvs, has been recognised for his exceptional and enduring contribution to the profession across architectural practice, regulation, and education. His elevation to Life Fellowship acknowledges over three decades of leadership and service, including his transformative role with the Architectural Practice Board of South Australia and sustained advocacy for affordable housing.
Ryan Horsnell, Director at Troppo Architects, has been honoured with Fellowship in recognition of his design excellence, particularly in sustainable, regional and remote projects. His leadership, teaching, and public engagement have significantly enriched the architectural profession and broader community.
Both members will be formally recognised at a Distinguished Member Event on 22 May at the SA Chapter office.
