The Queensland Chapter had their fifth 2023 Regional Awards event on Friday, 2 June.
The Sunshine Coast Regional Architecture Awards were held at The Old Ambo in Nambour. The region had 14 entries, all showcasing unique designs of categories including Residential Architecture – Houses (New), Residential Architecture – Houses (Alterations & Additions) , Commercial Architecture, Interior Architecture, Educational Architecture and Urban Design.

All commended projects in the series of regional awards progress to Queensland State Awards consideration. The shortlist is judged by the Queensland State Awards Jury.
