Queensland
Gold Coast and Northern Rivers
Signature delivers the desirable beachside suburb of Broadbeach with an elegant subtropical residential tower over a coastal landscaped podium. The architectural concept and expression are conceived from a direct response to context.
The building orientation prioritises a north-south frontage for daylighting and optimal solar performance while offering coastal views to the beach and hinterland. Innovation in the stepped floor plan layout prioritises lateral outlooks for each apartment to the beach.
The 35-storey tower sits comfortably in its tree-lined coastal avenue, complimented by a heavily landscaped entry plaza and activated street frontage. Considered design elements imbue a subtropical coastal character and a focus on high-quality communal amenities, including an infinity edge pool with gym, sauna, games room and outdoor lawn.
Signature positively contributes to the evolution of the Gold Coast residential tower typologies by prioritising a humanist agenda and a generous eye for life.
Signature delivers an intelligent design that orients each of the 263 residences toward the ocean, bringing every tenant true beachside living. The Rothelowman designed floor plate is shaped to allow each occupant to enjoy eastern views to the coastline, and screens offer privacy and sun shading to the west. The high-quality communal amenity including the infinity edge pool with gym, sauna, games room and outdoor lawn promotes the concept of wellness and resort style luxury. Signature contributes to the evolution of the Gold Coast, enhancing its natural beauty and incredible climate for residents of Signature, Broad Beach.
