The St John Fisher College Administration Building and Wellness Centre establishes a professional front door for the Bracken Ridge community. As Stage Two of a seven-stage masterplan, it centralises leadership functions while enhancing student safety and connectivity. The design is organised around contemplative and passive spines, with permeable circulation and a double-height external atrium creating a welcoming, human-scaled arrival. Passive thermal strategies and salvaged materials demonstrate environmental stewardship, while acoustically treated spaces support mentorship and wellbeing within a secure, contemporary workplace.
The St John Fisher College Administration Building and Wellness Centre establishes a professional front door for the Bracken Ridge community. As Stage Two of a seven-stage masterplan, it centralises leadership functions while prioritising student safety and connectivity. Organised around contemplative and passive spines, the design incorporates permeable circulation and a double-height external atrium to create a welcoming, human-centred arrival. Passive thermal strategies and salvaged materials from the original structure reinforce environmental responsibility. Beyond administration, the building supports mentorship, wellbeing, and a secure, contemporary workplace aligned with the college’s identity.
