GPT HQ | BVN

The GPT Group is an Australian real estate investment trust managing a portfolio of retail, office, logistics, and residentials properties. 

When envisioning the design for their new headquarters, GPT set out to create a workplace that mirrors the exceptional experiences they strive to deliver to customers across their assets. With a purpose grounded in ‘experience first’, it was only natural that this ethos guided the development of their own space.

Designed by BVN, brought to life by Hunter Mason, the project marks 14 years of ongoing design collaborations between GPT and BVN. It represents an ongoing body of work that seeks to continuously push to deeply understand the future of work, the volatile commercial office climate, and the needs of GPT. This longstanding design partnership blurs the boundaries between design practice and client, creating a feedback loop of constant improvement and evolution, elevating the role of design and its impact.
