Media summary

The government fitout project has been 5 years in the design and staged delivery. Year on year supporting refinement and integration of staff learnings and lived insight. Founded on principles that reflect wider organisational values, the fitout truly reflects the purpose and values of the occupants.

Celebrating inclusion, diversity, unique needs and adjustability, the project is humble, warm and people centric. Integrating high levels of wellness, multipurpose spaces, it works hard to elevate simple materials to a high performing design outcome. The project also seeks to meet professional, and community needs through the fitout in central intersections. Promoting varied experiences for those within the space, which differs from floor to floor.

Changes to the primary building arrival internally illustrate how the building has successfully evolved to provide contemporary workplace needs, whilst demonstration the ability of existing buildings to meet contemporary expectations for clients, whilst addressing wider security considerations.

The design solution seamlessly supports the implementation of our New Ways of Working strategy for our people. Providing variability of work setting, inclusive design options and flexibility in composition to support the diverse needs of the teams.

Over the last 5 years that project has been delivered this flexibility has supported ongoing post occupancy feedback to be integrated. Ensuring relevance and longevity of the investment.
