Gold Gully is designed to be immersive experience. Immersed in the bush, the sounds of the creek, the stars, a crackling fire and smell of rain, animals wandering by… Immersed wholehearted in nature in all it beauty. The site is the hero with the house designed less to be looked at, and more to be looked out of, or stepped out of, while still giving you a big old warm hug and handing you a hot cuppa.

Gold Gully's compact footprint is humble and respectful of is place. The design brings in nostalgic country notes of crafted details like the rammed earth arch, handmade tiles and Belfast sinks for eg Not forgetting the centrepiece, a Cheminees Philippe fireplace – you cant have weekend getaway without a fireplace!

Orientation, materiality and performance are the backbone supporting occupant comfort and showcasing the site. Simply, its a tranquil homely place that just feels nice.
