Media summary

Located on a secluded avenue in northern Palm Beach, Esplanade is a boutique development of 16 beachside residences. Its timeless architecture embraces the ocean with elegant forms, natural materials, and unimpeded coastal views. Inspired by the waves and surrounding topography, the design captures both the serenity and power of its setting.

The light, ethereal aesthetic features curved lines and durable yet refined materials. Full-height windows and expansive terraces blur the boundaries between indoors and out, maximising natural light and ocean vistas. Communal amenities include a large pool that extends towards the sea and recreational spaces that foster connection among residents.

Interiors celebrate coastal sophistication, with natural stone and timber finishes, open-plan layouts, and master suites featuring fluted detailing and freestanding tubs overlooking the coastline. Esplanade balances form, function, and place, offering a lifestyle that celebrates beachfront living and strengthens Palm Beach’s community fabric.

We developed Esplanade to celebrate coastal living, offering 16 beachside residences that elevate the way we live, relax, and connect. Designed to embrace Palm Beach’s beauty, each home features expansive terraces and full-height windows, creating seamless indoor-outdoor spaces. The residences are crafted with materials that ensure lasting quality and effortless maintenance, allowing more time to focus on living. Communal amenities, including a pool that visually extends to the ocean and recreational spaces, foster a strong sense of community while enhancing leisure opportunities.
