Adrian William Newtown Flagship | Richards Stanisich

Adrian William is a unique real estate agency that recognised the opportunity of this iconic Art Deco building in the middle of Newtown. With very little of the original interior intact, we created an office space that conveys the youthful spirit of the Adrian William brand and tips it’s hat to the Art Deco period.

The King Street façade was restored and painted pale pink with new black steel awnings and ball lights. Inside, checkerboard linoleum floors create a motif that is repeated in carpets and cladding of the reception desk. The new interior is hallmarked by a graphic sense of joy with colour, repetition and pattern – representative of a client that embraces their individuality.
