INTRODUCING THE 2022 NT ARCHITECTURE AWARDS JURY

The Australian Institute of Architects NT Chapter is delighted to announce the jury for the 2022 NT Architecture Awards. The Awards offer an unrivalled opportunity to showcase the extraordinary depth and breadth of the NT’s architectural talent.

Architects will present their projects to the jury on 26 – 28 April.

Chair of NT Jury – Emilio Fuscaldo, RAIA | Nest Architecture

Emilio has significant experience leading projects across diverse sectors including single residential, hospitality, retail and education. Prior to completing an Architectural degree, he completed an arts degree with Honours in Philosophy, including a thesis concerning Environmental Ethics.

Dr Deepika Mathur | Affiliate RAIA

Dr Deepika Mathur is a Research Fellow at the Northern Institute, Charles Darwin University and is based at the Alice Springs campus. Her area of research is examining ways regional towns can be made more sustainable and healthy through the built environment. In particular, she has been conducting research on minimising construction waste generation and ways of recycling and reusing this waste in regional towns such as Alice Springs.

Kevin Peters | Chief Executive Officer, Industry Capability Network (ICN)

Kevin has been a resident of the Northern Territory since 1987.

He has been the CEO/Director of the Industry Capability Network (NT) since 2005. He is the current Chairman of the Northern Territory Business Council and Chairman of the National ICN Executive Directors. He heads up a team at ICN NT with a strong commitment to ensuring ‘Full, Fair and Reasonable Opportunity’ for Northern Territory businesses across a broad range of sectors, including resources and renewables.
