Overview
Join us for lunch at our first Archibubs studio event. Hosted by Studio Nine Architects, we will be discussing the theme of 'Navigating Returning to Work' in an open conversation with some of the S9 team. We'll hear about shared experiences of transitioning back to work after parental leave, flexible working arrangements, and achieving a positive work-life balance.
All are welcome, including babies and children, as well as those who have already returned to work - or anyone thinking about starting a family in the future. Lunch from Pinco Deli will be provided.
Archibubs is an EmAGN-formed initiative that originated in South Australia in 2021. It’s mission is to address the gap in industry-focused networking and experience sharing for parents, parents-to-be, and caregivers in the fields of architecture and interior design. Inspired by local government-run ‘parents groups,’ Archibubs aims to assist in navigating the intricacies of parenting or caregiving while pursuing a career in creative professions.
Now extending its reach across most states and territories in Australia, Archibubs provides a dynamic platform with both face-to-face local events and engaging online opportunities, including lunchtime webinars. Each of these groups runs dedicated local events, fostering the initiative’s growth and uniqueness in every region. Open to all individuals with an interest, especially parents-to-be, parents, caregivers and general public, Archibubs welcomes all to join the conversation.
This growing community values the boundless benefits of knowledge and experience-sharing, encouraging participation from individuals at various stages of their parenting journey—whether navigating babyhood, childhood, teenage years, or young adulthood.
