This notion is presented as a practical\, evidence-based framework drawn from the author’s own experience\, management theory\, and the lived experience of over forty highly respected architects from across Australia and New Zealand. The book is structured around four headings: Foundations\, Positioning\, Finances and Management. Mark will present the findings of his research into successful architectural practice\, with some focus on the Finance section.
