Adrian Esdaile is a registered Architect at Johnson Pilton Walker, Sydney. Over 25 years of experience across a diverse range of project typologies and sectors has provided Adrian a wide perspective of the challenges of the current and future digital design & construction processes.Adrian’s interest in cutting-edge technology & agile business information management has allowed him to develop rapid workflows for database to BIM integration, 3D virtual walk-through presentations and 3D printing. As an early adopter of the latest technology, Adrian is quick to study and evaluate the application of software and hardware solutions to enhance digital design workflows.
Adrian has wide experience as a Project Architect across many projects, covering the fields Hospitality, Education, Civic Masterplanning, Commercial, Health care and large & small scale Residential works. In 2019 Adrian joined Johnson Pilton Walker as a BIM Specialist working on Sydney Metro Martin Place North Tower, on which he has worked in a BIM management role; assisting team members with day to day issues on the project, as well as developing workflows for federating the Revit model to collaboration suites including Aconex and Autodesk BIM360.
Steve Brant is an engineer with a 35-year career spanning manufacturing, production engineering, building & infrastructure life safety and construction & engineering technologies. Steve joined Aconex in 2005 and ran the sales team across Australia and New Zealand before joining the leadership team as Australia & New Zealand General Manager and guiding the region through sustained growth. Contributing to global company strategy, policy and product development, Steve was responsible for sales, client service and marketing and the ANZ unit was the standout performer for Aconex and the prize component of its listing in 2014 and eventual sale to Oracle Corp in 2017. Steve is currently a Senior Director at Oracle where he is involved in operational integration, sales & product strategy, staff mentoring and customer advocacy.
