The recent decision of the Fair Work Commission has introduced a new Flexibility Clause into the Architects Award. Join us for a formal presentation followed by a panel discussion on what this means for you, your practice and the positive impacts that flexible working arrangements can bring to your work and/or business.
The session will also cover the practical aspects of implementing flexibility policies into the workplace, how to approach your employer, common pitfalls and how to avoid them, successful case studies and what the research says about flexible working arrangements.
