ALTS+ADDS is the Queensland Chapter’s professional development talk series. With speakers sourced by Chapter Committee members, this is a program created by members, for members.

In this session, carefully curated by our Education Committee we explore the value of Work Integrated Learning (WIL) experiences for Students and Graduates.

Education Committee Chair Lisa Moore will introduce two experienced Academics and Practitioners – Sarah Briant from QUT, and Michael Dickson from UQ.  They will discuss the similarities and differences between Internship and Experiences, the real and perceived expectations, and the transformative value and opportunity of each.

Graduate Architects Nicholas Purdy and Nicola Myatt will share the impact of their recent WIL experiences.

Relevant to students and graduates, as well as industry professionals, academics, practicing architects and employers, Internship and Experience is a must watch webinar for anyone who engages in, or is considering engaging with a WIL experience.
