It introduces a significant public space at the ground level facing the intersection and adjacent to the important pedestrian link from the park to the west to the light rail station to the north. A range of sustainable elements were woven into the precinct. The 5 Star Green Star building design includes optimised facade performance, rainwater reuse and highly landscaped zones.
