The Innovation Hub at Redeemer Lutheran College, designed by Bickerton Masters, is a transformative multi-storey STEAM facility that fosters creativity, collaboration, and hands-on learning. Designed for fluid transitions between disciplines, it promotes interdisciplinary exploration and project-based learning.
With open, adaptable spaces, the Hub supports varied teaching styles across Science, Food Science, Business, Design Technology, Robotics, Esports, Video and Audio Production, Hospitality, Textiles, and Art. Natural light and ventilation enhance energy efficiency, while interconnected gallery spaces showcase student work.
The Social Pantry blurs academic and social boundaries, encouraging informal learning and community engagement. Nestled in a remnant forest, the Hub maintains a visual and symbolic connection to the school’s chapel, reinforcing faith, community, and sustainability. More than a building, the Innovation Hub embodies Redeemer’s vision for a future-focused, student-centred education, empowering students with the skills to thrive in an ever-changing world.
