Quay Waterfront Newstead redefines Brisbane’s riverfront with its bold sculptural form and biophilic design, setting a new benchmark for architectural innovation and placemaking. Conceived as a “park within a park,” the 26-storey residential tower integrates over 2,000 plants into its façade, extending the neighbouring parkland vertically and connecting residents to nature. The building’s north-east orientation maximises natural light and river breezes, featuring organic curves and natural materials that echo the exterior’s lush landscaping. Residents enjoy resort-style amenities, including one of Brisbane’s largest rooftop sanctuaries with a 25-metre infinity pool, hotel-inspired lobby, and ‘private gardens’ for many apartments. Ground-level retail, water features, and lush landscaping anchor Quay within the Newstead Waterfront Precinct.
