Western Australia
Located in the suburb of Applecross – the existing single-storey house was dark, and pokey with insufficient storage and no connection to the outside hence not making full use of this large block.
Our brief was to create a new living spaces with good access to natural light and to the outdoors. These spaces were created, but also for the family of four to live, interact and grow in.
Large timber windows, exposed recycled brick, and a raked ceiling provides an open and spacious feel to the functional flow of the living spaces. Breakout spaces for both children and parents are included, as well as ample storage throughout the home for a clutter-free environment.
‘The living spaces are filled with natural light and are connected with the outside. It makes it so welcoming and great for entertaining. We love & enjoy every bit of it!’
