One Middle Road is a contemporary nine-level commercial building in the heart of Chadstone’s revitalised precinct, shaped around light-filled, versatile workplaces. Its faceted glazed façade frames expansive views across the suburbs to wider Melbourne, providing a calm outlook that anchors occupants to place. The entrances are conceived as deliberate thresholds: they link directly to the shopping mall while extending the transition into the workplace, maintaining permeability yet establishing separation so people can shift pace and focus on work. A restrained material palette allows the building to sit comfortably within a mixed urban and residential context.
