One Mabel Park is nestled into a picturesque corner of parkland in Jolimont, shaded by mature Moreton Bay fig trees. The building responds to the verdant landscape with a layered form that anchors the residential community into its surroundings and provides a sense of engagement and connection with the neighbourhood.
The dwellings and shared facilities have been positioned to address the street and parkland and encourage interaction with community. The upper levels of the building project out into the tree canopies with treehouse style gazebos, extending the living spaces out over the parkland and providing expansive views.
The design has a clear focus on sustainability, incorporating passive design solutions that return for the life of the project for long-term benefits. The development meets a 7.1 Star Average NatHERS rating.
One Mabel Park is environmentally responsive and capitalises on the extraordinary and unique site characteristics and location, connecting individuals with community.
One Mabel Park reflects a sustainable and energy efficient development, offering a high level of amenity to its residents. The boutique development responds to its unique parkland site and engages with the natural surroundings while providing an environmentally responsible development that shades, shelters, and protects the residents and their homes.
